Oh.. good.. lord... this place is delicious and amazing... the... end...

Food was okay. I probably could have ordered something better though. Took about ten minutes to get a drink, and what seemed like another half hour to place my order. Place was moderately busy for a Saturday.What got me was the waitress ( Ashton? ) treated me like an imposition. Hurry up and order I've got stuff to do. I understand it's a frustrating job, but I'm not used to someone acting like they dread having to serve me. The manager came over and offered apologies, but no offer of a free drink, or discount like I've noticed with others that have had problems here. Not that it mattered, but an offer would have been nice.I'm stuck in town so I'll go back, hopeful this is a one time thing. Hopefully I can come back with some redemption for the place, it's rare that I have to post a bad review.

They messed up my order twice. Then i called them and the put me on hold and never answered and they just left the phone hanged so when i keept calling back the found line sounded busy. Smh very dissapointed

Staff was excellent. The avacado chicken sandwich was a little dry.

I went for humorous reasons, but I was seriously impressed. The wait staff was both calm (not nervous or hesitant) and energetic (not lethargic). The wait on the food was a quarter hour, with my co-worker getting her salad almost immediately. The atmosphere was rather upscale. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were comparable to other sports bars -- more expensive than fast food, but not by much. The menu had limited selections but encompassed a decent variety of food, including seafood. I didn't try any drinks. Overall, I was impressed. The only quibble was that we had requested separate checks, but the mistake was quickly rectified.

Was hungry for steak and it was good and nice taste bake potato is super service was excellent

4 people in the restaurant (Sunday night)Server was nice but basically screwed up every part of our meal. Wrong salad dressing, wrong sandwiches, mayo on when asked for on the side. Other staff were sitting directly behind us talking loudly about personal things, work issues and swearing. Very unprofessional and annoying.

R.c. the best manager they've had since the last 3 name this place been called. He finally got it under control and changing things for the better.

Watch sports\tv. Bar seating or tables. Out door patio seating. Full Bar. Food menu. Connected to Holiday Inn . other hotels in walking distance. Connected to convention center. I enjoy going there ( for several years.) Good service.

We had a HORRIBLE experience. We order the wings they were good but for the entrees my husband got a burger and I got chicken fried steak. His burger was burnt and dry. With mine I found A HAIR on my fries. Our waitress was sweet but she took forever to get us our ticket. Will NOT be going back.

It took a long time to get waited on and there weren't many people in there. Once we got waited on, the wait staff was pleasant and helpful. We both had the fish basket with a baked potato. It was plenty of food and it was tasty. I couldn't finish my food, but my husband finished his. He had plenty to eat. He also drank a couple of Long Island Iced Teas and he said they were good.

If only this place had a website. There's either no website or link via Google seach.

Steak and baked potato arrived before the salad. Steak was ordered medium rare, arrived barely cooked. Steak was recooked upon request and came back with a charred exterior and medium rare center. Also worth noting they use an odd sweet/soy sauce flavoring on the steak. Service was mediocre at best. Manager reduced cost by 50 percent. Will not return.

Amazing wait staff and food. Staff goes out of their way to help with whatever you need. The ladies that work there are so friendly. The experience I had was wonderful.

Came in the other night Our server never filled up our drinks, she was acting very awkward not sure if she was nervous or shy, but you could barely hear her. She definitely gave us the impression she didn’t want to serve us. She had blonde hair and some tattoos and was very tiny and small. Didn’t look old enough to be serving alcohol either. Food was okay but it took forever to come.

Burgers, fried miscellany, and salads. Cold beer.

Food was all microwaved and barely even warm at that. "Queso" was literally a mostly melted piece of Velveeta, "chicken penne pasta" was a half a handful of precooked chicken that was so dry that it was inedible, paired with out of a jar Alfredo sauce. And the $13 catfish platter was 3 pieces of mostly breading and 2 drops of plain cornbread in hushpuppy style

This place SHOULD be good. Located between 2 hotels and next to a convention center, and easy access to the freeway. Don't come here. The food is bad. The ribs were dry and charred, the steak was a POOR cut, had too much fat and salt. Seriously, Denny's has a better steak. The waitress did not know what kind of ribs were served until I had her ask the kitchen . The staff was friendly and tried to provide prompt service. Do NOT come here. Bad, bad food.

Terrible service and super slow. Saw another guy just walk out because he never got coffee. Glad I’m not in a hurry today. Holiday Inn needs to get their act together.

The food was good bit could have gotten to us faster. However, our server Ethan was amazing. He has a wonderful way with people. He kept our drinks full and his customer service is impeccable. Because of him we will definitely be back.

Horrible, horrible service. Our waitress was not attentive and never came to check on us while we waited. We had to ask others to find her to get our check. Food took forever to get to us. Not many people there but everyone was waiting 30-45 minutes for food. Food was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not worth the 40 minute wait.

This place is terrible no credit machine go to apple bees across the street

Great service, good breakfast foods, hot coffee. Nice atmosphere except for the rap music at 8 in the morning. Chef was very accommodating of our changes.

Food looked good, but we all got a stomach ache. Drinks, from the bar, were good and strong! Prices weren't bad either

Good place I drive a CMV and walked about a mile or so from the Flying Hook Truck Stop.Beer was ice cold, and had an awesome philly cheese steak sandwich that was one of the best I’ve ever bitten into.All In All a Damn good place, worth stopping at!!

Ask for your servers phone number so you can text her when you need a refill. Food was ok, but overpriced.

Large seating area with plenty of TVs.Friendly servers and Bartenders, The food was Excellent and I will definitely eat there again.

Always great service good food

1st time visit and I was sceptical from some of the bad reviews. Our waiter Ethan was unbelievably friendly and went way above and beyond his duties. My fish sandwich was amazing and my wife said it was the best philly cheese steak sandwich shes had around here. Great job Carters Grill service that good deserves a great tip...

Shrimp basket was good and the restaurant had good style. Drink prices are a little high but it is connected to a hotel so it was expected. I'd go back but not a place is frequent all the time.

Good food. It's has a spacious bar that shows sports games. Good places to see the game away from the bar too.

Went there to eat lunch with my disabled mother in law, got out her wheelchair, got inside waited five minutes and no one sat us or acknowledged us. This was today.

Traveling through area and stayed at hotel next to restaurant. Was close so thought it was a good choice. Not!!!Sat at the bar to get a beer and dinner. Bar tender was quick to serve beer but that was the best part. Had to wait some time to get menu. When asking about it’s she was very disinterested in talking about the food. Not sure she had even eaten there. The place was nearly empty so she was consumed with visiting with waitresses at other end of bar. Took some time to get her attention. Decided had to be better place to eat. Managers need to train their people better!!

They opened up early on Saturday for the OU game and were very friendly. The wings were great as an appetizer and we followed up with a scrumptious burger. Our server was attentive and took very good care of us. I didn't catch his name but 5 stars for the service.

A hidden gem. The staff was amazingly friendly and wonderful. The manager stoppes and just chatted with us just because. Our server, Jo, was the sweetest gal and very attentive. The food actually wasn't too bad. The shrimp and angel hair was delicious and my hubby said his chicken fried steak was awesome. Great sports bar atmosphere for games. Overall really pleased!

Great decor and friendly staff but their service was very slow and disorganized. The food was too expensive and could have gotten better tasting food from Whataburger or Braums. This place needs new management and probably some cooks because they left the paper on the cheese slice on our sandwich. Need a lot of staff training too. This should be an incredible restaurant but it's not.

Waited to be seated and no employees to be seen anywhere. After 10 minutes still nothing so i left. The place only had 6 customers at the bar and thats it. Last time i was here was years ago and still same bad service to this day. I can understand if really busy but today, the place was dead. Not coming back here again.

It’s was a STRETCH....to give this single, Linley star! The cigarette smoke bellowing from the kitchen was in bearable! When you could actually get a waitress to assist you, the service was lack-luster at best. They were more concerned with running to the back to smoke that serving food. In addition, if the host was not playing on his phone at the host station, you would feel more welcomed to the establishment!Catfish, undercooked and the fries...seriously? I guess you get the scraps!

We came here before a baseball game. We arrived at 5:30 ordered at 5:40 and started receiving food at 6:50. The food was ridiculously cold and I was disgusted by the service. I got the Carter’s Classic Burger and my bun was freezing cold and cheese not melted. All of my teammates food was freezing. Would give 0 stars. Eat at the trash can outside instead it’s a better value.
